Vintage Bohemian Turkey Coin Necklace

This beautiful necklace exudes the essence of Turkey. A silver tone 25 Kurus coin from Turkey from the year 1974 has been transformed into this stunning statement piece. 

On one side a woman is depicted carrying a load on her shoulder in traditional clothes.  On the other reverse, a crescent moon and star, value and year of mintage is surrounded by a wreath of wheat.

These coins were minted between 1959 and 1978 and are no longer in circulation making them hard to find.

This inspirational necklace features the following elements:

• Oxidized Silver bib connector with cubic zirconia stones

• Genuine Turkey Coin (Diameter: 23 mm or just under 1 inch)
• Sterling silver bail connector with cubic zirconia stone accents.
