This very rare 1946 British mandate Palestine coin pendant necklace is the perfect memento signifying the strength, resilience and honor of the Palestinian people. One side of the coin features Palestine written in Arabic, English and Hebrew with an olive tree leaf design with denomination of 5 mils on the reverse.

Purchase this necklace to honor the Palestinian heritage and encourage the solidarity with its people. In the famous words of Palestinian Poet Mahmoud Darwish:

“If the olive trees knew the hands that planted them, their oil would become tears.”

Viva Palestina!

This lovely necklace features the following elements:

  • Authentic 1946 Palestine 5 Mils British Mandate Coin (consists of copper and nickel)
  • Coin Diameter:  20 mm (2 cm)
  • Stainless Steel Chain – 17 Inches (tarnish resistant)
  • Sterling Silver Bail Connector with Cubic Zirconia Accents
  • Slight variations due to the individuality of each piece
  • Chain is free of lead, nickel, cadmium, and other irritating components

Due to the nature of coins changing luster with elements of air and moisture, to keep these coins looking shiny, they have been gently cleaned, polished, and coated with a jewelry grade protectant so they will not oxidize/tarnish.

    • Gently wipe your jewelry with the free jewelry cloth received with your order to remove debris, sweat, or chemicals from the surface. Our jewelry cloths are a great way to polish and keep your jewelry shiny.
    • Please try not to wear the jewelry while doing housework, working out, bathing or swimming.
    • When not wearing, please place it in the velvet pouch received with your order to avoid long-term exposure to the sun and air. This will slow down the oxidation rate of the jewelry and color retention time longer.
